Institutional Entitles
accredited, non-profit, degree-granting Ohio institutions
of higher education engaged in continuing education to
designate an official representative to cast one vote on matters
of Association business and governance and to receive all
Association correspondence, newsletters and publications on behalf
of the college or university. The representative shall
be eligible to hold office in the Association and vote in committee
and constituency meetings. Institutional membership
must be endorsed by signature of the chief administrative officer
of the college or university.
Associate Entitles continuing education professionals and other persons with continuing education responsibilities employed by Institutional members of the Association, as well as graduate students from member institutions enrolled in an Adult/Higher Education Program or affiliated with a Continuing Education Department, to receive Association correspondence, newsletters and publications; attend Association conferences; serve on Association committees, hold office in the Association and vote in committee and constituency meetings. Associate membership must be endorsed by signature of the college or university Institutional Representative. Affiliate Entitles professionals from Ohio's public agencies and departments or higher education related associations which have an interest in continuing education to receive correspondence, newsletters and publications; attend Association conferences; serve on Association committees and vote in committee meetings. Affiliate membership must be endorsed by the agency or department head. The Association membership year is September 1 to August 31. Download a membership application here.
